Who is Nahbu?

A shared belief that the best journeys begin with genuine connections.

Our founders, Olivier and Diego, met while living in Argentina and later made Colombia their home. Along the way, they discovered that the most meaningful travel experiences aren't defined by luxury alone, but by the people you meet, the stories you hear and the feeling of truly belonging to a place.

That belief became Nahbu.

Today, we partner exclusively with travel advisors to design tailor-made journeys across Colombia and Argentina. Combining local expertise, thoughtful planning and exceptional hospitality, we create authentic experiences that reflect the true spirit of each destination.

As part of our commitment to exceptional hospitality, we also manage two boutique hotels in two of Colombia's most remarkable destinations: Casa Yahri in the colonial town of Barichara and Hacienda Bambusa in the heart of the Coffee Region. This hands-on hospitality experience gives us an even deeper understanding of what makes a stay truly memorable.

Do we work with Travel Advisors?

Definitely YES!

Nahbu is exclusively a B2B company, partnering only with travel advisors and tour operators.

Your role is to build trusted relationships with your clients. Ours is to design and deliver exceptional journeys that exceed their expectations. Together, we create seamless, memorable travel experiences while ensuring you remain the primary point of contact throughout the client relationship.

Do we provide net or gross rates?

Both. The choice is yours.

For your reference, every quotation includes a detailed net rate. If you prefer, we can also prepare a client-ready gross quotation incorporating your desired commission, you simply tell us the percentage. The gross version is ready to be shared directly with your travelers.
We always provide your proposal in a professionally designed PDF format.

Do we provide a price breakdown?

Yes!

We provide a fully itemized quotation for your reference, as we believe transparency is the foundation of a strong partnership.
This detailed breakdown is intended for travel advisors only, and we recommend sharing only the client-ready version with your travelers.

Which payment methods do we accept?

We offer several payment options for your convenience:

Net wire transfers to our Colombia bank account (no additional fees).
Net wire transfers to our Argentina bank account (additional fees apply).
Gross wire transfers to our U.S. bank account (no additional fees).
Credit card payments (4% processing fee applies).

Which countries do we operate in?

We operate across five South American destinations through our regional offices:

Bogotá Office: Colombia and Panama.
Buenos Aires Office: Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay.

Our local teams ensure seamless operations, expert destination knowledge, and on-the-ground support in every country we serve.

What is our price point?

As a general guideline, our prices are quoted in USD, net, per person, per day, based on two guests sharing a room. Rates typically include accommodations, airport transfers, domestic flights, and privately guided daily touring.

Please note that pricing varies depending on the destination, travel season, accommodation level, and the experiences included in the itinerary.
Rates are higher during the Christmas and New Year's holiday season due to increased demand and limited availability.

Our planning process

1. Let's Talk

Get in touch with one of our Senior Travel Designers to begin the brainstorming process. We'll get to know your clients, their travel style, and what they're looking to experience.

2. Trip Concept

We'll prepare a preliminary trip concept featuring recommended hotels, itinerary ideas, and an estimated budget. This allows us to align on the overall vision before moving forward.

3. Detailed Proposal

Once the concept is approved, we'll begin crafting the final itinerary, placing courtesy holds whenever possible, and preparing a detailed, day-by-day NET proposal. Your dedicated Concierge will deliver the complete itinerary, including a detailed quotation in PDF format, within three business days.

4. Confirmation & Travel Support

Your Concierge will guide you through the booking process and remain your dedicated point of contact from confirmation through your clients' journey, providing 24/7 support while they travel.

5. Ongoing Partnership

Your Senior Travel Designer remains available throughout the process for strategic guidance, special requests, or any additional assistance you may need.
