Do we work with Travel Advisors?

Definitely YES.

We actually are BtoB and only work with travel advisors. We do not serve direct clients. It is your job to find the clients, and our job to make them happy.

Do we quote gross or net?

Both. Up to you.

We always share a net quote for your information but on request we can include your commission (you tell us how much %) and a gross document to share with your client.

Do we breakdown prices?

Yes.

We provide a fully itemized quote for your eyes only (we do not recommend sharing it with your clients) because we believe in transparency and partnership.

Which payment method do we accept?

Net wire transfers to our Colombia or Argentina account (no extra fee)
Gross wire transfers to our USA account (no extra fee)
Credit cards (4% processing fee)

From our Bogotá office: Colombia and Panamá.

From our Buenos Aires office: Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.

What is our price point?

The following guideline is in US$, NET, per person, per day of itinerary, based on 2 people sharing a room, including hotels, airport transfers, domestic flights and daily touring.

Colombia & Panamá

Entry level (4*, classic tours) - from US$ 350 pp per day

Premium (5*, classic tours) - from US$ 500 pp per day

Luxury (5*, unique experiences) - from US$ 750 pp per day

Ultra luxury (the best of the best) - from US$ 1.200 pp per day

Argentina & Chile

Entry level (4*, classic tours, some shared) - from US$ 450 pp per day

Premium (5*, classic tours, some shared) - from US$ 600 pp per day

Luxury (5*, private experiences) - from US$ 1.000 pp per day

Ultra luxury (the best of the best) - from US$ 1.600 pp per day

Our planning process

Get in touch with one of our Senior Travel Designer and start the brainstorming session.
We will be sending you at this stage a “trip concept” or “draft proposal” with recommended hotels, touring ideas and an estimated budget for your approval.
Once we agree this is what the clients need, we will start working on a real quote, holding rooms and preparing a full proposal which will be sent to you within 3 business day by one of our concierge.
The same concierge is the person in charge to get the trip confirmed with you and will then be 24/7 available to help your clients when they travel for anything they might need.
The senior travel designer is always available if you need any special assistance.
